And we're live!
It's official! Deadboyfriend.com is open for business.
This website will be the new home of my web serial Dead Boyfriend. I've made the move to a Digital Novelists hosting space so I could have the freedom to do things that LiveJournal just doesn't allow. The DN platform has things built right in, like personal blogging, forums, and an automatic table of contents and forward/back links.
I've already moved all the chapters over from LJ, and the side stories will soon follow. The forum isn't live yet, but soon it will be, and hopefully the readers will take advantage of it to talk amongst themselves so we can really build a community. I also have to turn on some things like avatars and such, but I will get to it very soon.
There's also this nifty points feature. More on that in the coming days.
So take a look around, get familiar with the new software, sign up, read, and have a blast!

Hey Seth, it's kind of hard to find a way to the newest chapter...or any chapter other than 1, for that matter. Just thought you should know so you can look into it or point me in the right direction and call me a silly, blind red-head.

Up at the top the main navigation has one called "Courting Death" which links to all the chapters of the current book. "Newest First" will lead to everything that's been updated recently, so Twenty-Eight will be a few topics down. There's a way to make a newest first of just story content, but haven't found it yet. But, yeah, I'm aware there's nav issues, and I'm looking into it.
